Promote your product or service at the Written On Our Hearts young adult conference!

Vendor Registration Deadline: October 1, 2007

500 expected attendees. Exhibition space is limited to 10 vendor tables. All vendors must be approved by the Diocese.

Full payment for table space must be submitted with the registration form. Reservations for table space will not be accepted prior to receipt of table registration form and payment. Each table is a draped 6' table, two chairs and exhibitor nametags. Registration fee includes two passes to all meals provided by the conference for its participants, an advertisement in the conference program, and a mention on the vendor page of the conference website.

Step 2: Make a $100 check payable to Diocese of Austin
Step 3: Mail the check and the completed form to

Setup
Friday, October 19, 2007, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Overnight security provided. Setup must take place on October 19th. Setup will not be permitted the day of the show.

Breakdown
Saturday, October 20, 2007, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Breakdown is not allowed before or after this time.
