Beth Balsam
Beth Balsam is a wife, mother, teacher, author, artist, cook/baker, and outdoor enthusiast who recently completed a Master of Theology at St. Mary University in San Antonio. She has worked for the Catholic Church, in one capacity or another, for over 30 years. She has written articles for various publications and is co-author of Family Planning: A Guide for Exploring the Issues (Liguori Publications) with her husband Charlie. She is currently the Director of Religious Education for St. Gabriel's Catholic School in Austin, TX. One of her favorite achievements was winning first prize in the Best Pie contest at Central Market in Austin.
